The Juonjuku community is also responsible for the annual Aikido Schools of Ueshiba Winter Intensive camp. This is the week-long ASU winter training camp, held at the Sirata Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach beginning December 26 of each year. Finally, and in partnership with Orlando’s Shindai Aikikai, the Aikido Schools of Ueshiba of Sarasota, and the USF Aikido, we host the annual Southeast Rokudans Seminar. This is an annual seminar taught by 5+ sixth degree aikido black belt instructors with a special focus on providing black belt testing.
